Access Levels

After adding an Account Manager or Associate, their Access Level may be further adjusted to restrict what functions they are able to perform. The levels are as follows: 

Access level

All Access

Can prepare & file returns, prepare payment description slips, manage account details

Prepare & File

Can prepare & file returns, prepare payment description slips, view account balances

File

Can prepare & file returns, view account balances

Prepare

Can only prepare returns and payment description slips, view account balances

View

Can only view submitted requests, returns, payments, and account balances

Users can only grant access levels which they themselves have e.g. if the user has File access, then they can grant File Only, Prepare Only and View access but not Prepare & File.

By default an Administrator will have All Access.
