When applying for Charitable Status companies should follow the procedure outlined here-under -
Application letter addressed to:
Secretary to the Board of Inland Revenue
3rd Floor
Trinidad House
St Vincent Street
Port of Spain.
Enclose the under-mentioned documents:
- Certificate of Incorporation / Act of Parliament
- Notice of Directors
- Memorandum / Articles of Association
- Constitution / Rules / Bye Laws - The bye Laws or constitution must be ratified
- Most recent Audited Financial Statement (where applicable)
