VAT Clearance Certificates
are required for purposes of the Central Tenders Board Ordinance. This
application should be submitted at least 7 days before the closing date of the
tender.

Procedure
- Complete VAT 601 answering all questions
- Clearance Certificate is issued if all returns are filed and there is no outstanding VAT Liability
- If applicant is not registered for Vat and Tender Grant is equal to, or exceeds $200,000 then an Application For Vat Registration must be submitted.
